This beach villa features a private pool and garden and is located just a 3 min walk from the beach (350 m) and a 15-minute drive from Comporta. The pool is heated, and guests also have access to a small private gym. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 ensuite AC bedrooms. It offers two dining areas, a spacious living room, and a large outdoor area ideal for relaxing and entertaining. A BBQ is available, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

Notes

Heated pool and gym available. Elevator and bikes are not available. Please note that there is ongoing construction on the adjacent lot. The works are expected to continue throughout the summer and it is not expected to be suspended during this period. Pets are NOT allowed in this property. Smoking is NOT allowed. NO events allowed. 7 nights - high season (June to September) - periods from Sunday to Sunday only. Late check-in fee: between 20H00 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€. Please note that a security deposit of 2000€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card).

Neighbourhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, grocery stores, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Space

Troia is a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.
