Description

This is a beach villa with private pool and yard, only 4 minutes walk from the beach (350m). This two-storey villa is ready to host 10 guests, sleeping in 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have AC. Both dining areas inside and by the pool, seat comfortably 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a **Nespresso** (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Check in is done at our reception. We have a team on site to take care of you every day of the week during your vacations.

Neighborhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Access

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €15 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Soltroia is a very calm area where parking on the street is free. Parking by the beach is paid. Villas in this sector are given two parking permits.

Notes

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed NO events allowed Please note that the bunk bed room does not have an window. Please note that the other bedroom shutters and curtains may not be completely black-out. 7 nights - high season (June to September) - periods from Saturday to Saturday only Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€ Please note that a security deposit of 1000€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)
