This villa was totally renovated and it is ready to host 8 guests, sleeping in 4 bedrooms, 1 of them ensuite. The house is situated 4 minutes from Comporta, near the Estuary and the stilt pier of Carrasqueira. For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area. Near the village you can find a groceries shop, coffees shops and restaurants as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc..Access

Ac is available in the living room and there's cable tv and wifi (fiber optic - high speed). There is available a shaded parking area for 1 car. Pets may be allowed, REQUEST basis only. Owner has to agree. Smoking is NOT allowed NO events allowed 7 nights - high season (from 8th June to 21st September), periods from Sunday to Sunday only Late check-in fee: between 20H00 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€ Please note that a security deposit of 1000€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)Features
