This is a beach apartment with communal pool and balcony facing the pool and the beach, only 2 minutes walk from the beach (80m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This second floor apartment is ready to host 4 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms and with a bathroom. There are two dining areas, inside and on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Delta Q coffee machine (capsules)

Interaction

The apartment's biggest asset has to be its location. The Atlantic apartment's condominium sits on top of the two main beach entrances, making it easy to enjoy and take part all the best Soltroia has to offer. It has a remodeled interior, lots of natural light in the living room and a great shared condominium pool. Check in is done at our reception. We have a team on site to take care of you every day of the week during your vacations.

Neighborhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Access

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €15 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Soltroia is a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.
