This Brand New villa features a private HEATED salt water pool, 4 minutes drive from Pego beach and 15 minutes drive from Comporta village.

It has a flat profile (no stairs) and hosts 8 guests, sleeping in 4 br, 2 of them ensuite. It is is located in a quiet, tree-lined gated community with 24/7 security.

There are two dining areas, inside and by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped plus a BBQ outside.

Late check-in fee: between 20H00 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€

Access

This Villa is located in on a private condominium in Pego Beach. Staying here gives you the option to walk 15 min via a private road and access the beach, far rom the buzzy restaurants and carparks. Our reception is in Soltroia, 25min drive form the villa.

Interaction

Check-in can be organised to be handled at the villa if scheduled in advance, otherwise it is handled at our reception in Soltroia. Our on-site team is available every day throughout your stay in Tróia, Soltroia, Pego Beach and Comporta — for anything you need.

Neighbourhood

The house is situated 4 minutes from Pego beach. For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area.
