This is a superb beach apartment with communal pool, tennis court and balcony facing the pool, only 4 minutes walk from the beach (170m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This 1st floor apartment with Air Conditioning is ready to host 4 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is very nice, simple, big and clean with a huge panoramic window. Inside there is another dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Nespresso coffee machine.

7 nights - high season (from 7th June until 13th September) - periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights - until 7th June and after 13th September

Late check-in fee: between 20H00 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€

Access

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €21 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Soltroia is a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.

Neighbourhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.
