This Bran New villa has a flat profile (no stairs) is ready to host 8 guests, sleeping in 4 br, 2 of them ensuite. It is is located in a quiet, tree-lined gated community with 24/7 security. There are two dining areas, inside and by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a **Nespresso** (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.Interaction

The house is situated 4 minutes from Pego beach. For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area.Access
This Villa is located in on a private condominium in Pego Peach. Staying here gives you the option to walk 15 min via a private road and access the beach, far rom the buzzy restaurants and carparks. Our reception is in Soltroia, 25min drive form the villa.Space
Some bedrooms may be converted from singles to doble rooms. Pease ask the team during the reservation for more details. The hose features a solid WiFi coverage on all the house as well as an underfloor cooling system.Notes
Heated pool available for an additional fee of 350€/week.
