This is a beach villa with private pool and yard, only 2 minutes walk from the Estuary beach (150m) and 15 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 8 guests, sleeping in 3 bedrooms, 1 of them en-suite, with access to other extra toilet. Both dining areas, inside and by the pool, seat comfortably 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a DeltaQ coffee machine (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Check-in is handled at our reception in Soltroia. Our on-site team is available every day throughout your stay in Tróia, Soltroia, Pego Beach and Comporta — for anything you need.

Neighborhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Access

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €21 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Soltroia is a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.
