For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.Access
Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €21 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.Transit
Soltroia is a very calm area where parking on the street is free. Parking by the beach is paid. Villas in this sector are given two parking permits.Features
