This is a ground floor villa with a private pool and yard, just 7 minutes from Carvalhal Beach (5 km) and 8 minutes from Comporta. It is ready to accommodate 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, one of them a suite, and an additional bathroom. There are two dining areas, indoors and in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) and a BBQ in the garden.

Due to the proximity of the rice fields, the presence of insects in the outdoor areas of the property is to be expected.
