This is a beach villa located in Troia, in the Atlantic Villas Resort. This is a villa with a backyard and pool, only 5 minute walk from Troia beach (400m) and 15 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 7 guests, sleeping in 3 bedrooms. This villa has a room ready for children with a bunk ded. It has been established that the maximum of adults that can occupy this villa are 4, in the other two rooms There are two dining areas, inside and by the pool. Video of the property here The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee machine is a Nespresso (capsules). The house doesn't have a BBQ. Barbecues are not allowed on the property. The house is equipped with fiber internet and Wifi, please note that the signal may not cover the entire house.

Neighborhood

For those who do not know, Atlantic Villas is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area by the ocean side, with wide white sandy beach and calm water. A few minutes walking, you can find a groceries shop, restaurants, a casino, a marina, shops and other services, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, roman ruins and other activities and services. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Access

This Villa is located in the Atlantic Villas in Troia. However, most of our homes are located in Soltroia village and that's where you''l find our reception, that is 7 minutes driving from this Villa and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €18 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Atlantic Villas and Troia are a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.
