Description

These are 3 beach town houses sharing a pool and yard, only 2 minutes walk from the beach (200m) and 10 minutes driving from Comporta. These two-storey houses are ready to host 6 guests, sleeping in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms (each house).

There are dining areas, inside and in the backyard.

The kitchens are fully equipped and the coffee machines are Nespresso (capsules). Outside you will find a BBQ as well.

Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and cable Tv are included.

Interaction

Check in is done at our reception. We have a team on site to take care of you every day of the week during your vacations.

Neighborhood

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruins, many restaurants, etc.. You can find all the information in a Guide that we will provide after your booking is complete.

Access

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (around €15 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

Transit

Soltroia is a very calm area. Most people leave their car by their villas and walk or cycle to the beach.

Notes

Only two of the houses are available for rent. Note that you may be place in either one of these 2 villas, a specific villa cannot be chosen. Each is private with 3 rooms, 2 showers, 1 kitchen, 1 living room. The pool and garden are shared.

7 nights – high season (from 4th June until 17th September) – periods from Sunday to Sunday only
5 nights – until 4th June and after 17th September

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
